Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NEXOBOT, we strive to provide high-quality products, training, and educational kits.
We value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds, cancellations, or replacements are applicable for our customers.

1. General Policy

All sales made through our website https://www.nexobot.in/ or authorized sales channels are subject to this policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, contact our support team at "support@nexobot.in" with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all manuals, accessories, and components.

To initiate a return, email “support@nexobot.in” with:

  • Your order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will verify the request and provide instructions for pickup or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For quality and educational content protection reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Downloadable content, digital files, or online courses

  • Opened or used electronics and sensors

  • Custom or made-to-order kits

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping, handling, and payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment gateway or financial institution processing times may vary.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at “support@nexobot.in”.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video proof.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.

8. Workshop / Training Refunds

For offline or online training sessions, workshops, or events:

  • Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the scheduled session.

  • No refund will be granted for “no-shows” or cancellations made after the event starts.

In exceptional cases (e.g., rescheduling due to unavoidable reasons), Nexobot may provide a credit voucher for future sessions.
