Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your delivery location is not serviceable by our partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund your order.
International shipping is not available at the moment. (We plan to expand soon.)
3. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:

You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or via the link provided.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing an order.
NEXOBOT will not be responsible for:

Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, or

Unreachable recipients.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives:

Damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof at “support@nexobot.in”.

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
8. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, NEXOBOT is not liable for delays caused by:

9. Ownership & Risk
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
